Returns
We accept returns of products within 14 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return a product, it must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that have been damaged or tampered with.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the product and provide you with a return authorization number.

 

Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

 

International Returns and Refunds
If you are located outside Nigeria, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team to initiate an international return or refund. Please note that international shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
